DONALD Trump Jr and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle have purchased a $9.7million mansion just 20 miles away from his dad’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

The impressive and expensive abode reportedly boasts six beds and 11 baths in the 888-home gated Admirals Cove community on the inland Intercoastal Waterway.

The three-story stunner on Mariner Drive also features waterfront access with a boatlift, a private dock in Palm Beach County, Florida, wide open floor plans and positively stunning views.

As well as moving near Trump, Melania, and Barron, Don Jr, 43, and Guilfoyle will also be neighbors with Baseball Hall of Fame member Mike Schmidt, Washington Nationals star pitcher Max Scherzer.

The Sun can reveal that previous residents of the glamorous waterside community included songstress Celine Dion, who lived there for years.

But Don Jr may still run into some famous locals like racing legends Rick Mears and Johnny Gray.

Admirals Cove boasts 45 holes of golf, 12 tennis courts, two club houses and 30 guest suites – not to mention the world-class spa and gym for Trump’s son and his girlfriend to enjoy.

According to real estate firm Waterfront Properties who specialize in exclusive club communities, this home is the “ultimate upscale resort lifestyle.”

Managing Partner Rob Thompson told The Sun their new neighborhood was a close-knit, welcoming community.

“The house is a beautiful property with an awesome backyard,” Thompson revealed, noting that the yard was “more like a park” due to its vast size.

And because there are only 888 homes there, everybody knows and welcomes each other, the real estate expert said on Thursday.

Although Thompson could not comment about the buyers of the property, local reports indicate that Don Jr and Guilfoyle purchased it.

After buying their new home, residents pay a $195,000 membership fee and also have the use of a community marina, which can hold large yachts.

Trump Jr is the executive vice president of the Trump Organization.

He has been dating 51-year-old Fox News pundit Guilfoyle for the past three years.

Guilfoyle has been married twice before – her first husband, Gavin Newsom, was also in the political world, serving as mayor of San Francisco in 2003.
