“I wake up at 5:30 a.m. to meditate or exercise. I like to be fully prepared for the day before my kids wake up so that my mornings can be completely dedicated to them. Meditation is one of the most important things I do every day. I meditate for 20 minutes, twice a day,” Ivanka revealed.
