JEOPARDY!’s Ken Jennings confronted a Tournament of Champions contestant on air for “cheating on him” with his rival host.

Ryan Manton returned to the iconic game show on Thursday, January 30, and fessed up to having another Jeopardy! “experience” without host Ken.

While casually speaking with the three veteran contestants, also including Will Stewart and Mehal Shah, Ken approached four-time Jeopardy! winner Ryan.

“You’ve actually had some Jeopardy! experience since the last time you were here with me, right?” Ken asked.

“So I harped on about how much I love my wife so much, the fine folks at Jeopardy! actually made a show just for us to play together on,” Ryan quipped.

“We were on Pop Culture Jeopardy! and she’s actually in the audience with our third, our friend Eric is out there too.”
He appeared on Pop Culture Jeopardy! episode 21, which dropped January 14 on Amazon Prime, with wife Lauren and friend Eric under their team name Buggsy Mogues.

Ryan boasted that his team won the episode.

Ken congratulated Ryan, but had a major complaint.
“But you’re cheating on me with Colin Jost is that what you’re trying to tell me?” he asked, referring to the popular Pop Culture Jeopardy! host.

“Absolutely,” joked Ryan.

“And you don’t have any regrets at all?” Ken said, adding Ryan is a “poly-Jeopardyist.”

Ryan had no regrets in appearing on the spinoff show.

He also seemingly has no regrets during his time so far on the Tournament of Champions.

Though Ryan answered incorrectly on final Jeopardy!, he bet low and won the game with $13,899.

He will move on to the Tournament of Champions semi-finals.
