Ashley St. Clair is publicly urging Elon Musk to “finish their agreement” when it comes to co-parenting, just one day after confirming that she welcomed his 13th child five months ago.

In a now-deleted reply to Musk, 53, on X on Saturday, Feb. 15, St. Clair, a conservative influencer and children’s book author, wrote that she and her team “have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded.”

Musk’s X post — which simply stated “Whoa” — was in response to an account which posted a screenshot of an alleged X post from 2020 that showed St. Clair joking about wanting to get “Elon Musk’s attention for a marriage proposal.”

St. Clair went on to accuse the other X account of sharing underage photos of her, writing to Musk: “When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?”

Brian Glicklich, a representative for St. Clair, also shared a statement on X on Saturday, stating that St. Clair and Musk had been “privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time.”

“It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially,” Glicklich wrote. “We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share.”

In a separate X post (which also has been deleted), St. Clair continued to accuse Musk of replying to an X user who shared inappropriate photos of her.

“It’s interesting that Elon is responding to this clearly in jest screenshot that was discussed with his team months ago in a documented call,” she wrote.

“Now he decides to respond to it publicly from an account that posted underage photos of me, as if he wasn’t asking me to have more children last week,” she alleged. “I would like to take this offline for our child’s sake and have been attempting to do so for weeks.”

Another deleted post from the influencer shows an alleged screenshot of a message from X’s head of safety, which seemingly implied the account Musk had been replying to was temporarily “bounced” for one week for “non-consensual nudity” and “a threat to expose.”

“FYI. The security team on Elon’s own platform locked the account he is now responding to for a week for posting a non-consensual underwear photo of me as a child,” St. Clair wrote.

St. Clair first posted an announcement about the birth of her and Musk’s child on Friday, Feb. 14.

“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,” her announcement read in part.

“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment,” St. Clair added. “For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”

Her post was captioned by the Latin phrase, “Alea Iacta Est,” meaning “The die is cast.”

Musk is also a father to children Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno and his second youngest child. He shares his children with his ex-wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, singer-songwriter Grimes (whose real name is Claire Boucher) and Neuralink Corp.’s director Shivon Zilis.

Musk has previously had other public disputes with the mothers of his children. In September 2023, journalist Walter Isaacson’s biography about Musk revealed the birth of the Tesla founder’s third child with Grimes, Techno Mechanicus (who also goes by “Tau”). That same month, Grimes hinted at some parental drama with Musk on X, then deleted the tweet, writing, “My priority rn is keeping my babies out of the public eye.”

In October 2023, Grimes and Musk sued each other over parental rights. As of December 2024, the case was still ongoing, with each attempting to establish their position as the primary parent.

Just this week, Musk brought the pair’s son X to the White House as he took questions about the Department of Government Efficiency from reporters. Grimes said she wasn’t aware her son was there until those who tuned in complimented Grimes on how polite X seemed to be on camera.

“He should not be in public like this. I did not see this, thank u for alerting me. But I’m glad he was polite. Sigh,” Grimes wrote in her X post.
