Christina Haack is enjoying some much-needed time off.

One week after the conclusion of The Flip Off, which Christina stars in opposite her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa, the Christina on the Coast star shared a glimpse into how she’s been spending her influx of free time with her boyfriend Christopher Larocca.

“Chasing the sun with this one,” Christina captioned a March 11 Instagram post alongside three photos of the two spending some quality time together. “First time in 12 years I haven’t had a shoot schedule… taking full advantage of the downtime.”

The 41-year-old—who shares kids Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, with Tarek as well as son Hudson, 5, with ex-husband Ant Anstead—began sparking romance rumors with the telecommunications CEO in January, after they were spotted catching a flight together. Three weeks later, Christina stopped the chatter once and for all by going Instagram official with her new man.

For the big reveal, the HGTV star posted a series of photos last month that showed her sitting on Christopher’s lap on a private jet. And she added the cheeky caption, “Some plane flights must be hard posted.”

After hard launching their sweet love to the world, the couple joined Tarek and Heather one week later for a casual double date night at Nobu in Newport Beach, California. Three weeks after that, they took it a step further with Christopher joining the trio in celebrating The Flip Off’s finale March 5 with a surprise cameo.

In the episode, he made a brief appearance, alongside Taylor and Brayden, at Christina’s California home as guest judge Jeff Lewis announced the winners of the season. (Spoiler alert: it was the El Moussas.)

And though she seems to be happy in her new relationship, Christina—whose third marriage to Josh Hall came to an end last summer—shared that she still finds it painful to reflect on having gone through three divorces in the past decade.

“I feel like I’m in a tornado all the time and I just can’t get out of it,” Christina told Tarek—to whom she was married from 2009 to 2018—during the finale. “Everything since like 2016 has been so hard and so horrible. It’s really taken a really bad toll on me.”

Christina and Tarek welcomed their first child together on Sept. 22, 2010.

Following their divorce, the pair continued to co-parent their daughter, who Christina has described as an “old soul who one minute can talk super deep about life and then quickly go back to being a kid.”

“Her greatest ability is being able to start a conversation with anyone, anywhere,” she said of Taylor. “Fun, smart, athletic, HAPPY, and always keeping us on our toes.”

Christina and Tarek welcomed their second child together on Aug. 20, 2015.

In addition to their oldest child Taylor, the two have continued to co-parent Brayden after their divorce. In the past, Tarek has described their son as “a ball of energy” and the “sweetest boy with the biggest heart.”

“No words can describe how much brighter this boy makes my day,” Tarek shared. “I feel blessed every single day to be his and Tay’s dad and raising him and seeing him grow up makes me the happiest dad alive.”
